    Sadly now demodded :(

You have a "chip" for your car? Take it back cuz you got took. The iridium plugs were a waste of coinage too (unless you got a real good price).

Sorry, not trying to rain on your parade but our cars are tuned with HP Tuners (or a similar tuning suite) as they have a "memory" that can be flashed to change the parameters of operation. Avoid hand held devices also (HPP, Predator and the like) as while they are great for changing the gear ratio and tire size and where the fans come on they are sorta worthless for actually "tuning" the car.

At any rate congratz on your purchase.

1st mods depend on what you want to do with the car. 1/4 mile racer? Corner carver?

The only "SLP" part worth buying is a lid.

    SLP lid
    Long Tube headers
    X-pipe
    Catback or True Duals
    Port the throttle body
LS6 intake will gain a few hp, not much

Nitrous is the cheapest mod, but if you don't know what you are doing steer clear man

MAF is not a power adder. Stay with stock, EVERYONE AND THEIR BROTHER WILL AGREE.

So its not a good idea to port the maf sensor or take the screen out. I have a 98 z28. I see that got it on the free mods list.

Long tube headers and true dual exhaust. Maybe 4.10 gears. I'd do sub frame connectors also to tie the car together. Dyno tune and you'll be around 340hp to the rear tires. You'll want stickier tires at this point.

Remember: Speed is just a question of $$$. How fast can you go?
