2005 Arctic Cat 440 Sno Pro (Factory Race Sled)

I am selling my '05 Arctic Cat 440 Sno Pro Race Snowmobile. It was used in 7 Snocross events last year in the WSA Michigan Regional Series. It is in excellent condition and is very fast! There are a lot of cool features to the sled.

If you want to get into racing or add another sled to your race program this sled will be very competitive in 2006.

OR

You could just have a cool trail sled.

Right now it runs on 110 Octane Fuel and I will provide 5 gallons plus about 2 gallons that are in the tank. If you don't want to run the 110 fuel, there is a head kit available to allow it to run on pump gas.

I am asking $5500

The reason I am selling is I have been approved again for Arctic Cat's race program and I am trying to get some cash to go towards the purchase of the '06 sled. If I don't sell I will race the '05 again as I already have another trail sled.

If I am going to sell I need to try and do it before the end of August.

Good luck man. I used to race WSA a few years back with a S-D 440X (pre Rev platform) and I also had a S-D 800X open mod that made about 160hp on ~100 octane. I also had a bunch of drag sleds, 800 and 1000cc IMPROVER, one 1000cc Pro Stocker (ran heavy mod a few times too) including one nasty S-D turbo 800 triple

Thanks! I think snowmobiling/racing is the one thing that keeps me from moving South. Do you miss it?

Yes, I miss it very much. Not so much the Snow-X since I found that very hard on my knees, legs and back but I do miss the drag racing rush.

I'm heading back up to NY this winter to visit my parents and get some more riding in though so that should tide me over until the following winter!

Either way, thats a helluva sled you got and for a good price. Good luck with that sale!
