WTB: '98-02 (LS1) Camaro hood

Looking for a replacement hood for my '02 Z28. (Hood was damaged when I bought the car and now the paint is going to hell where the bondo has cracked and lifted. Body shops say it's not worth fixing because of the underlying damage -- they'll fix it, of course, but it'll just keep happening.)

Prefer factory black hood, either flat or SS, and ideally you'd be in Minnesota so I could pick it up instead of getting raped on shipping. But let me know what you have, where you're at and how much you want for it. No major hurry but would like to get a different hood on before winter if at all possible.

I have a artic white hood off of my 98 z28 if you are interested. I will take $150.00 for the hood plus shipping. It is in perfect shape, It was replaced with an Ultra z hood. I am in Thomasville Georgia. If you are interested send me an email to sgriner721@mail.com

Thanks, but private-party shipping across the country is going to be killer for a hood, at least more than I want to spend for a flat hood that will need to be painted. I think I could pay about the same total price for a new 'glass hood on eBay. Thanks, though!

I would be using my shipping discount from my work. We Ship with all of the big freight companies such as fedex, roadway, conway, etc. I could probably get it to you for less than $100.00 as long as I am shipping to a commercial address.

I'm still going to pass for now. For $280 shipped I can get a brand-new flat hood in black primer that I could probably get by without painting for awhile, whereas the white hood I'd pretty much have to get painted right away.
