whistler mod is you paint the inside of the headlight black. examples shown below

The guy that first introduced this mod, on another site, went by the screen name of "whistler". That's how it led to the "whistler" mod.

Pretty neat. Is this a common mod on camaros, like the ceta mod on a bird? I've never heard of this.
