Transmission mount.
Has anyone on here had to do a transmission mount in a 6 speed car? If so where did you find the mount? I have been to all of my local parts stores, and none of them have it. They have at least five versions for the automatic cars, but whne it come to manual, no one seems to have it. Dealer has it for 73.00 for just the displacer. Ridiculous. Most trans mounts are in heavy supply, and dont cost much more than 30. Any help on where to find this very elusive part would be greatly appreciated.

Stupid auto parts store
After five weeks and four wrong parts, I believe the search is over. I just by chance stopped in to a local NAPA and the guy at the counter actually knew something about cars, unlike most of the other local shops lately, and he did the search, as before nothing for 99, but if you search 94, 96, 97 you get the part. He had it on the shelf, 12 bucks. I went back to the other place, (I'll just say I got "in the zone") and had them do the sam search, and sure enough, they had them on the shelf, infact they had 4 in stock. 5 weeks of this crap. I told them they needed to fix their p.o.s. (point of sale/piece of shit) computer system, and they actually called the i.t. dept for autoz*** and said "what the f%ck?". They will be trying to get it fixed due the hastle that was involved. Ill givem that at least.
