New or Used Roof Panel (Sail Panel)

Mine has the notorious paint problem (Bubbles) discussed throughout this site and must be replaced. I would be interested in a used part from salvage vehicle '98 or earlier prior to issue? if you can remove it without tearing it up and ship it to SC please PM me. Otherwise, I've seen other posts where the part was purchased but never used, I'll be glad to take it off your hands if the price is right.

I'm not talking about the "interior" sail panels, but rather the exterior roof panel (the exterior painted plastic piece between the T-Tops and the rear glass, or B-Pillar, sometimes color matched but most often painted Black). In earlier threads some referred to it as "Sail Panel" which is why I called it that also. There was a problem with the adhesive used on '99-'01 models that causes the paint to "bubble up" and the only fix is to replace the part and use a new adhesive. A part from a donor vehicle would have to be cut off using piano wire. Do you have a good exterior painted panel?
