Have you tried on ls1tech classifieds they are for sale very often. The going price is $350-$375 shipped. You will not find them cheaper than that. I picked one up in January for $350.
Just check the part# there are a few different ones for Ls6. And if you want to do the job right with new gaskets, coolant crossover, new knock sensors & wires, retune you will add another $350-$400 if you don't already have a tune add another $100 to that(frost $150 mail order tune) as you will be removing the EGR. I'm also replacing my oil pressure sensor as I feel that is where my oil leak is coming from(their known for it) and only changeable with the intake off, sensor is included in above price. Yes you can also just bolt it down with a few mods to the bottom to clear coolant pipe and reuse gaskets and may or may not have any issues with leaks! I myself choose to replace what I can while it's apart.. Good luck

Yeah thats kind of the going rate these days. They will pop up from time to time for $300. May have a line on one of an engine thats coming through my buddys shop for $250. Im not in a hurry and would like to get a good deal on one. Already have an air lid and will probably wait till i get some headers and do it all at once while the motor is out and then tune it.
