Looking for a part
Can anybody help get this rubber part circled? Some people are better at getting to junk yards than I am. Maybe even a new one.

I think that's a "custom" piece?

The picture is from my friends SS. I notice my car never has that rubber piece. I will ask him if he added it.

It’s not custom. It is on the WS6 and SS cars from the factory to help seal the ram air system. Since you a Z28 it would be useless imo unless you have a functional SS hood. If you do then I would try a dealer or the web.
edit: I looked around the net and found that many dont have this part. Either it was there and they took it off or maybe it only came on certain years but I know mine has it and my buddies WS6 does too, idkLast edited by BLK2KSS; 04-06-2011 at 11:15 PM.

I have a functional SS hood.
The previous owner traded a drag race did not want to cut it up.Last edited by Redline Rappe; 04-07-2011 at 04:28 PM.
