    You will also need to ensure that it has credits and that they are specific to your brand, ie. GM. If not, you will need to purchase credit in order to do anything other than scan. Not sure how HP Tuners license transfers work either. I wouldn't pay a whole lot of money for it unless you know you will be getting what you need for it to work.
