Within the next couple weeks I may have an offroad Y-pipe setup with a factory SLP Dual/Dual catback sitting around.

No, the difference is if you want to do long tube racing headers, or use your factory ones. I thought you wanted to put in long tubes, aka LT's. THey are the upgrade to your factory headers. More power, better MPG, more sound.

I do want to do long tubes..i just mean header choice as in if its a slipfit or bolt on...i believe the slp y is a slipfit

It's a slip fit off road Y from Pacesetter,,,the catback is a factory Dual/Dual that was optional on the SS and Firehawk SLP cars. 3" intermediate pipe, transverse muffler and dual 2 1/2 inch tailpipes with the dual/dual tips,,,all stainless. Very typical of what any aftermarket 3" catback would be.
