Red- 2002 Camaro SS 35th LE
2002 Camaro SS LE Grille from SLP
Name says it all. I'm looking for the rare grille like this:
I've found it extremely difficult to find this. I checked the 35thle.com website and it just says how you can't buy them since they are discontinued and whatnot. If anyone has this for sale, or know of a site that is selling it as well, I am highly interested. Thank you.Last edited by 02SS35th; 03-01-2011 at 10:42 PM.

Piece of cake to duplicate. That's just an SS grille that's been painted, and the stripes are decals.
SS grilles are still available, (just bought one). Wouldn't take much to paint it and stripe it.

Have any links to the grille you got? Yeah the decal/paint part any body shop can easily do.
Actually, I see which one you're talking about. I'd just have to get it customized. Are the stripes actually painted or is there a decal for it?Last edited by 02SS35th; 03-02-2011 at 03:27 PM.

Answered in other thread, but the stripes are vinyl decals.

Ya the stripes are decals. Honestly though, if you are painting the grille, I'd paint the stripes on and then clear the whole thing. Very easy to do.
I bought the grille from Afterhtoughtsauto. It's actually on sale (was last week anyway) for $239

Red- 2002 Camaro SS 35th LE
Yeah, that grille is still on sale, even LMPerformance has it reduced. I think I will purchase one and have it painted and cleared to match the SLP one. I think the chances of finding someone willing to sell the original one from SLP is slim to none. Thank you for the recommendation.

Not a problem. I just figured it would be your best bet on an item like that.
Luckily the SS grilles are still available,,,,,,for now. I see those dissappearing too.

Yeah, the new generation of Camaros are pushing the old parts out. I'm trying to restore a lot of the factory OEM stuff minus a few things like this custom grille before it's too late.
