Brand new. Never installed. Includes hardware and instructions. Black in color. Purchased this summer, but have recently ordered a Moser 12 bolt with relocation brackets pre-installed.

I originally thought the brackets were only for lowered cars -- but upon asking found that they also help non-lowered cars hook up. Our car is not lowered, due mainly to the crappy Pennsylvania roads in our area, and I have no plans to drop it. Thanks for the bump.
