I had this on my car with LTs. Had to get my Y-pipe worked on by an exhaust shop to fit....

The cross member is yes. Spohn sells one that clears the Y-pipe. It has a small U shape...

I'm just going to keep it anyways. Too expensive to ship + the $$ I's have to spend on packing materials to make sure it got to it's new owners home safely....
