Ready to use. Has several different power levels. Comes complete with instruction manual and cable as well. Came with purchase of car, but I use HPtuner so no need for this handheld.

Tunes have been restored and ready to use on another car.

I could probably do 200 shipped,,,it's not that big and should be reasonable to do....

As far as features it does most everything....

Has highperformance tune with stock cam,,,

With stock cam and supercharger,,,

and 4 other levels depending on camshaft specs...

Plus all the other usual things like fan settings,,rear gear changes,,calibrating the speedo,,you can also adjust the spark advance and the fuel above and beyond what the custom tunes offer,,,,up or down up to 10%,,,increase the injector size,,,it also adjusts transmission shift patterns and firmness if you have an automatic...

I'm sure if you check out Vinci's website,,,you could find a more complete description of it..But from what I see in the paperwork,,and have read,,it does just about all you could expect a handheld to do.

GM High Tech Performance magazine just did a comparison among the leading handheld tuners a couple months back. Out of all of them they tried I believe the Vinci was right up at the top as one of the best HP and TQ producers on the rollers give or take 1-2 HP. Looks like it does a decent job for those that want simplicity in hand helds.
