Could you tell me what the max lift is with those springs?

Springs alone wont benefit you at all. They are needed to run a larger lift cam.

i figured as much... although i wouldnt want to run them with anything too much bigger than an ls6 cam... thought maybe they would help with high rmp float... also i think that the max lift for them are around .550ish
