It's true! I've been scammed. Should have known this deal was to good to be true. I paid with paypal last monday, haven't had but one reply saying he left this up to his brother to get done.

wow I just got back into town, apparently the intake was never shipped, but you never contacted me that you never recieved it, you will have refund by the end of the week once I figure out how to official resolve it with Paypal...

I can give you first hand advice on this. You need to contact PayPal ASAP because you only have a month or so to file a complaint. It's better to at least let them know and then send an email saying, "false alarm" than it is to be ripped off. Cheap insurance...
I bought a "rear-seat delete" kit for a Mustang on Ebay. Never shipped -- I always got excuses like, "well you said you couldnt use the kit and I dont do refunds so I didnt send it" after I had contacted the seller stating that I had crashed the car. I said, "well then send the kit anyway and I can resell it." Well, he didnt and managed to stall me long enough that I couldnt file a complaint.
Get in touch w/ PayPal...

I have reported this to paypal! I have nearly a 1/2 dozen emails i sent this guy with no response. I tried to make contact, requested a tracking # with which service they used. I think this is great site, I just also know that from time to time a bad seed pops up.

I haven't recieved any money as of right now to my paypal acct. I was just im'd by this guy and he told me he'd pay me buy the end of the week. but u can never tell. here's our conversation
