i'm right outside harrisburg, ..i'm not sure how to tell what year they're "for" but i have a 98 and thats what i was going to put them on..however i'm also not running air or egr..so that wasn't an issue to me..as to what year they were for..as i understand these offer rather good ground clearance but since i never put them on..i cant say via first hand experience, they also include egr blockoffs for anyone interested in just deleting egr altogether
