Exactly how many miles on the heads? Will these work on a 99 LS1 without any problems? Do you have the valve springs and keepers?

12,000 miles on the heads, but doesn't include the springs and keepers. They were used on my blower setup. These are in great shape and will work perfect for your 99. Let me know! I'll even thrown in some service manuals too!
