Will the SBC double roller timing chain work with an ls1? If so I will take it

I don't think so. The only LS1 parts I have are the interior pieces, heating duct and vents.

what brand are the LCA's? ... or are the stock with the flat plate welded to them?

They are stock LCAs with plates welded to the bottom. This creates a "boxed control arm."
