You can only use it on one car at a time. I have not used it for different tire sizes. It has instructions on how to change for tire size as well though.

So once you remove if from one vehicle the computer reverts back to factory specifications?

The speed calibrator is hard wired to your car. There is a space for the actual box to sit inside the passenger side side kick panel. Once you remove it the settings go back to factory.

It will only work on the LS1 or LT1
