The shift kit allows complete gear control whenever you want it. Holds 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear to any rpm and backshifts to whatever gear you select. Firmness of shifting can be set from crisp-streetable through full race. The kit provides parts and instructions to make changes to the transmission valve body without removing the transmission from the car. This kit can be installed by someone with good mechanical skills, but I would pay a reputable transmission shop to install it. Hope this answers your question. The best time to do this change is when you are changing to a higher stall torque converter.

I don't have any pictures of the subframe connectors. If you would like to see what they look like, you can go to the web site of Stealth Performance (you can find their web address in the sponsor's forum). When the home page comes up, look on the left side and find CHASSIS and click on subframe connectors. The connectors I have are the BMR Boxed SFC001 (4th item on page). The only difference between the ones you see and mine, are that mine are black. Mine are still in the original box and packaging, so there isn't a scratch on them. Let me know if you are still interested in them.
