99 LS1 long block in Maryland for sale

I have a 99 long block that I'm tired of looking at in my garage. It is supposed to be a running engine but I have never had it fired up. It turns over fine. It has everything from oil pan to valve covers, no intake. I bought it to build as a low compression turbo motor for my Nova, but I have since changed plans. It is for local pickup only. I'm located in Cecil County, MD.

    $900

    Thanks
    Frank

Sorry but I don't have the time or ambition to mess with shiping it. And I really don't know what kind of mileage is on it.

Guys I have dug into this motor farther and it seem that it would be a better rebuildable than anything. I went to do a leak-down test on it and found some pieces of plastic (intake) in the intake runners of a few cyl. so I pulled one head off to check it out. It looks like when the vehicle wrecked it broke the intake and some of the pieces went into the motor. I don't see anything that would leave me to believe it wouldn't run but I would rather see it rebuilt to make it a nice reliable engine. I will lower the price if anyone want's to make me an offer. I'm thinking $750 if you come pick it up. It has everything but the intake and coils.

    Thanks
    Frank
