SILVER- 2004 CTS-V
93-02- 2.5" True Duals w/X-pipe (over the axle)
For sale are a set of 2.5" true duals that I made from scratch. It consists of all aluminized mandrel bent tubing, X-pipe, o2 bungs, GM driverside header to cat (3-bolt flange), Pypes 14" bullet style mufflers and Pypes dual/dual 2.5" polished '304' stainless tips. It will work with a stock or aftermarket torque arm and panhard bar. It took me 15 hours to build this
It will fit the following:
93-97 LT1 w/ stock manifolds or short headers (minor modifications to connect to factory system or LTH's)
ALL 93-02 F-bodys with stock manifolds, mid-TH's and LTH's, but needs to be modified from the transmission forward.
(I can supply the parts needed to connect this to your setup) just ask
. A typical shop would charge more than $700 for parts and labor.
I would rather this be a pickup, but I will take it apart and ship it.
I am asking $350 O.B.O. (make any offers)
At the far right, you can see the piece that was damaged in an accident. The rest of the system is not damaged.

Couple questions...
What holds the right side tailpipe/muffler up?
You say you could supply whatever's needed to connect to longtubes?
Is that extra $$$ ?
Can you give me zip code of your area so I can see how long of a drive it'd be?
***EDIT***
118 miles & about 2.5 hours one way, roughly
Give me a shipping quote to Baltimore 21220 zip code please. Doubtful I could spend a whole day for an exhaust deal.
Thanks.Last edited by rel3rd; 09-27-2008 at 04:20 PM.

Gotcha. When you get a chance, let me know how much more the header connection stuff will be, assuming it will still be a "bolt-on" (slip-fit) type exhaust at that point. I have JetHot brand headers, 3" slip-on collectors.
I presently have a dual/dual SLP mufflered catback that I am happy with, but am seriously considering true duals...just don't know how badly I want them, so total out of pocket cost is what will help me decide.
Thanks.

I just cracked my x-pipe due to construction the other day and its a lost cause. Pluss i love the set up

There is no way for me to make the head pipes to connect to your headers. All headers have different angle and locations where they dump. I can supply you with the pieces for about $70 but you will have to fabricate it.
You could buy aluminized mandrel bends which would be much cheaper.

Here is a sound clip. Not the best.
This is a stock LS1 with LTH's, no cats, and a Procharger.
The system for sale has the same mufflers and same style exhaust.
