Since I won't see the car until this weekend, that will be the earliest I can get some pictures and parts/prices together. All parts will have had around 34,000 miles on them. I am asking $600 for the pair of seats. I will have pictures this weekend for anyone who wants them.

Yes, they are the dark charcoal color. I could probably get a bunch of pictures for you, that way you know exactly what they look like, and the condition of them.
