Psycho Therapist- I take "the" out of
zx 10r
I just recently purchased a 2008 zx10r. Brand new no miles on it. I was curious to see if anybody here has one? an 08 or 09 and if you do, then did you upgrade it yet, and where did you find parts for it.
Anybody else with bikes can chime in and let me know where they upgraded there bikes from as well.

I am going to look more at the catalog, but i have only found three exhausts for the 08 big gun, microphone, and the sidewinder.
I can't find anybody that has cowls for it.

Well what i am looking for are an exhaust at a decent price for it. I know Akrapovic is hand in hand with Kawasaki, but they are expensive. So a decent priced exhaust with a good tone. I am also looking for the cowl piece on the back seat......to replace the passanger seat. I would like some sort of frame slider, that i would not have to modify the plastics for them. Would really like some sort of cage for stunting...not that i am going to be crazy with it, but it is good protection.

when i get home later i'll look at some of my links and see if there is anything in there.
i don't have and haven't ridden a zx10r but they are one hell of a bike that's for sure. kawasaki has had some great stuff the last few years with the 10r the 6r (and 6rr) and the z1000.

I would say on a 10r a power commander and a slip-on would be about all you would ever need performance-wise. Those things are crazy/stupid fast from the factory, my friends 07 was trapping 140 bone stock. Go check out the kawi forums, theres tons of information on there.
Heres a pic of my 08 ZX6R, my friends 05 636, and my GF's 08 250:
