Well, today I feel like the luckiest guy in the world.... other than those who get to test drive them. We had one of our customers at my dealership come in. He is one of the lead engineers on the design of the transmissions for the new ZR1, and of course was driving a brand new, atomic orange metallic ZR1. I got talking to the guy and low and behold.... guess who got behind the wheel of it. This was like heaven on earth. The car feels like any ole corvette when sitting in it, other than the nice little boost guage, but you can just feel the difference. I have driven LS2 vettes, LS3 vettes and the coveted LS7.... but the LS9.... OMG!!!! I feel like a child again.

I have pictures on my phone, but no cord..... so pictures to come!

I am suprised that they did not change teh color of the calipers and the trim on the intake for cars other than blue. Still badass car

Manifolds. They look almost identicle to the Z06 manifolds.
