Your Meat
How do you eat your steak? Just curious how many blood eaters are out there. I Will only eat a Rib-Eye or a Prime Rib. If I need steak sauce its going back. I cook most of my steaks at home and have become a professional. I am very pickey about my steak. RARE RARE RARE!!

I like my burgers medium well, but I don't think you should eat steaks that aren't rare/medium. The flavor and juices are gone after that. And I agree that if you ever need a steak sauce, it was cooked poorly.
My dad will have them slap it on the ass and send it through moo'n.

wifey buys ribeyes, strip & sometimes a fillet..almost nothing beats a steak/shrimp off the grill.i think she infuses the steak w/ a sauce or marinade too.

Medium-well to well done. I've found if you cook it just right it'll still bleed juices when you cut into it. One thing I don't do is use a fork or cut it on the grill cause then the juices just drip out as it cooks.

Medium rare to rare here. Red and warm in the center and it's perfect.

Medium to Medium Well. If you cook it right you don't need anything but a fork and knife.

Medium rare... but I like the texture of A1 with it.. some people think thats ruining the steak, but like I said, its for the texture not the taste.

personally I think A1 tastes good, if you arent smothering the steak I dont think it ruins the flavor at all.

A good steak NEVER needs sauce.
