You just cant have anything nice anymore.
I had the driver's side and back window smashed on the Z last night. They did not take anything so it must have been kids IMO. And I had my Lincoln damaged by an uninsured motorist a few weeks back. Makes me want to buy a piece of crap and just drive it around.

That's way messed up man. Sorry to hear that. I can only imagine how pissed you are. I'm pissed and I've only ever seen the car in person twice. Hope they catch the bastards but I know the chances are slim. I've had a handful of thefts and break ins to my cars.

There were two good things if you want to call them that. The rear window defroster and 5% tint all the way around. Both let the rear window only shatter but not fall in at all. And the driver side window stuck to the tint. SOOO no glass in the car at all. Well except in the door but....

Yeah, all things considered you did get lucky.
An anecdote: Back in the day I had a 68 Nova that I was using as a DD/racer. I parked in front of the apartment house cuz the wifey parked in the carport. I came out the next morning to find the passenger door window smashed out. They took the ghetto blaster I had left in the front seat. What they missed were the $500 in tools in the rear passenger footwell. If they'd just tried the handle they would've found it unlocked...
