Just got a phone call from my dad about 10 minutes ago...Some asshole in a suburban just smashed into the back of the Corvette. Caused the vette to smash into a cab in front of him which hit a cab in front of it. He hasn't gotten out of the car yet and just called the police.

I'll post more details as I get them.

We'll see. I haven't even seen how bad the damage is, but I already know its totalled based on the amount of cars involved.

No idea yet. Like I said, this is just the first set of details I got. He just had back surgery here last year so the last thing he needed was some D-bag doing this.

He was getting on I-70 near the United Training Center where he works Joe. They were going on the on ramp I guess and it was slow or at a dead stop.

More then likely, it was the Light that is used to regulate the cars merging.

Just got another call...

Vette was smashed in the left rear side because the dumbass did try to swerve to miss. Whole back end is buckled and FUBAR tho and the front is scraped up real good from hitting the windstar in front of him. Guy in the suburban was cited, he has state farm and good coverage so at least thats a plus. His lower back is sore so the first thing im gonna get on him about is getting an MRI to see if he tweaked where he had surgery. Hopefully he is just sore

. Vette is being transported along with him to Autoimage off of dransfeldt. I'll try and get pics if I can.

well the main thing is, is he alright? the car can get replaced. nonetheless replacing a car you love really sucks. specially if it its modded exactly the way you want.

its just like one thing after another for my family. We can never catch a break at all. Its like god is sitting on a fucking ant hill with a magnifying glass attacking us. This just pushed me over the edge tho. I seriously just went and let loose tears.
