1997 Grand Cherokee- 1999 Firebird.
Yesh so...my son tried to murder a carnival worker tonight.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My son is two years old and my wife and I took him to the fair tonight with some friends and their two year old. The kids had a blast riding all of the kiddie rides and laughing at the white trash walking around. We let them play a couple of small games where they won some little toy for $3.00 or so. Well, on the way out we passed a balloon popping game. For $5.00 you throw 3 darts and try to pop 3 balloons and if you win, you get a "large" stuffed animal. The carney said he would give the kids an animal even if they lost so I figured what the hell. I stand my boy on the platform where they keep the darts and he lets loose not hitting a thing. The carney goes to get a prize, I take out my wallet to pay the guy and my wife is behind us talking to our friends. The next thing I know, the carney is SHRIEKING at the top of his lungs and cussing like a sailor. While I wasn't looking, my son picked up a dart and threw it at the balloons which were BEHIND the carney! Well, I wasn't really sure what was going on, but this guy had a green dart embedded in his shoulder and he was running around like a madman trying to get it out yelling and screaming. My son thought he was dancing and starts laughing, pointing, and dancing himself in front of everyone. A croud starts to gather and another carney pulls the dart out. Cops and EMS workers come over and ask what happened blah blah blah. The guy still gave my son the stuffed animal and was actually really cool about it. I flipped him and extra $10.00 for his troubles.Last edited by nitrox28; 07-24-2006 at 12:32 AM.

Sounds to me like your son was right on target, lol. He's born for the armed forces.

as long as it doesnt hit an eye, that kid would be getting an ice cream after that. then again hell be throwing shit at everone that comes his way. id make an exception. id tell him if every clown/carnival person that comes his way he gives them a hard time, then he gets ice cream lol i always hated clowns, and the dorky scam artists at carnivals. the fun house though was always cool as shit in that freaky kinda way.

414 RWHP 395 RWTQ- 00 Black Ram Air Trans Am
Ok guys, I am the carney he hit, and I don't find this thread funny. We work our butts off for $2.15 an hour and give away free gifts to kids and what do we get in return? A f&*king dart in the shoulder and no tetanus shot!!! Even the 7 fingered man & 3 ft 275 lb midget lady with a mustache were laughing at me afterwards...do you guys know how degrading that is???
