Hooked up with a girl in Alexandria, VA and she dropped me off at a Denys. Since that time I cant eat there.....not because of JUST that but because I can see my insides paint the toilet when I hit the crapper 20 minutes later.

Bacon does make everything taste better.

when was the last time you had denny's? It'd been years and years and we stopped into one last year and ate. I got a double cheeseburger thinking like mickey d's size double cheeseburger. Man, I was shocked when that thing showed up at the table.....it was frigin huge and good as hell. I had to eat the last half of it with a knife and fork. I've been back 2-3 times since then.....they definitely changed their burgers. Good shit....and cheap.

in high school... the one near me closed down due to it's shit service and terrible food...

last time i was there... i got seated and waited 20 minutes until i decided to get my own coffee... so two cups of self served coffee later the waitress comes up chewing gum with her mouth open and says something like "what are you eating tonight" and rolls her eyes when my buddy matt makes his order... half hour later and another self served coffee we get our food... the pancake was like a giant crouton... the eggs were like rubber and the same for the bacon... the bread was not toasted... when i finally got tired of waiting for the check i went up to the cash register and went off... i walked out with out paying and went across the street to another resturaunt and had dinner there since the shit denny's served was not edible...

Agreed! I used to love Denny's, never had any bad reaction or anything either.

But my old man stomach is going soft on me lately, dunno if I could handle Dennys NOW... Might have to find out though...

I tried the Pepper Bacon & Eggs a few weeks ago. Comes hash browns and pancakes (as "bread" option), for $4.99 - good deal, and the bacon was tasty. Bacon sundae looks and sounds nasty.
