Needless to say, we were paying for the view. The restaurant was on top of a cliff overlooking the ocean.

Heck, I still remember the first $100 plus dinner that my then wife-to-be and I had about 11-12 years ago... the revolving restaurant, Skylon Tower, Niagara Falls, Canada. Waiter asked if we would like salads with our dinners -- we said sure. They were $15 each. Back then an expensive meal in our area was $35. The joy of living in the sticks.

The Russian billionaire was Roman Abramovich, and although he had a meal there with 5 others, his tab was only a few percent of the receipt above. The receipt above was fabricated and leaked by the restaurants owner, and the billionaire is considering pursuing legal action against the owner.
