Wrecked my camaro

Yeah shes no longer that pretty. I'm alright no injuries. Its mostly front end damage. The hood both fenders and windshield were all damaged. The airbags did not go off and it still started afterwards so those are bothe good news. At this point I don't think it will be totalled out but I don't know alot about body work. I don't have any pics yet but hopefully in the next couple days I can swing by and get some pics of the damage.

So now I need to go find that ever wreck a f-body thread.

P.S. Anyone in the orange park/Jax fl area know of any good body shops?

I was stoped at a stop sign waiting to take a left out of a parking lot across 2lanes of traffic to get into the meidan and then finish my way across. There was a big fedex truck with his signal on to turn in so I proceed across not seeing the chevy truck in the other lane then BAM. First word out of my mouth was SHIIIIIIIIT! Luckly I'm ok and so was the other guy already called the insurance company and hopefully within the next 2 days they will have someone out to look at it.

Ouch man, sounds like the kind of road that has a higher speed limit, how fast was the truck going about? Sorry about your car, it looked awesome, hope it isnt too much trouble to get it looking like new again...

The speed limit if 45 but luckly there is a light right ahead of were it happened so the truck was slowing down. He said he was doing about 30 at the time.

I'm hoping if it is't totalled that I can get a sunoco hood instead of stock and some new halos(mine were already starting to get hazy) put on cause that would be sweet. I'm still crossing my finger's hoping it won't get totalled.

If it's not totalled I'm gonna try and get me a new sunoco hood instead of a stocker. Maybe just maybe she will come back looking better than before.

it doesnt look that bad since the front parts are plastic, but i dunno it's gonna be a close call i think. mainly front radiator core/frame damage. the rest of the car however looks to be in really good shape, etc...

If i remember correctly i think you said the truck was going 30 when it hit you? thats a bad hit even at 30 mph but when the care is pretty much made of fiberglass i guess its to be expected. Sorry about your car man

Yeah that pretty much what happend. Since my car is so low I got right under him and he went over me, he ended up getting spun right around from me getting under him.

From what I could see today the frame looks fine(but i'm no profesional) It just needs a whole new front end. It went into the shop today and there going to start tearing it down to check out the frame and suspension.

Yeah the car was in mint condition before it meet that truck.
