a zero emissions vehicle is one that does not emit any tailpipe gases that are harmful to the atmosphere/environment. we know what they are so therefore this poll is valid. either a plug in fully electric vehicle or a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle that emits water vapor.

these cars aren't going to be lightning quick although they have the potential to be because electric motors can produce torque almost instantaneously and for as long as the battery holds out.. they are meant to keep from destroying the planet and to get us off of our oil dependency.
