put the jack stands under the frame, never under body panels...
yes under any body panel it can warp or break the clips that hold the panels to the chassis/body/frame...

yea thats what i did. on the frame
process jacked one side-slid jack stand in
jacked other side-slid jack stand in
then just reverse to remove
by questioin is while one side has a jack stand and then i remove the other side will having that frnt right corner stress the rest of the car?

it shouldnt but who can really say for sure...
why not just raise/lower the car under the K-member in the front or the rear axle and only lift the car once and not twice, (one side to the other)...?
when i jack the front of my car up i push the floor jack under the K-member in the front and then raise the car up to the desired height, then place both floors stands under the frame and lower the jack til the car rests on the stands...

tryed that, but the jack i have is really not made for these cars. with that way it hits the air deflector and stops.
i even have to drive over 2+4's to get the extra inch that i need , just to do it from one side.
also to add i have the g effex package from GM stock
