    Worth 18.9 k ?

I am thinking of getting something along these lines.. I lack the time, cash and honestly the skills to do a LS1 swap on my own..
I don't really want another F-body (Unless I can find a Ragtop WS6 in black..

Any thoughts on something like this..
Part of me thinks it's a touch riceresque.. But perhaps I am wrong..
    Maybe it's the wheels.. ?

I'd say too expensive myself, but I don't know what this kind of vehicle would sell for. It could be hacked up, never know. Should be quick though Id think.

Ha... Possible, I was thinking someone sadly wrecked one and revived it this way.

I've seen some exceptional Silvia's with LS1/LS2 swaps and awesome bodywork/kits and paint.

This one looks meh, I would keep looking.

Doing it you self would probably be cheaper and end up looking better.

Not around here. I SERIOUSLY negotiated for an 06 GTO in blue and a M6 for two weeks before I got my Stang.. They wouldnt come down off of 23.5.
    I don't want an 04 at all..
So I settled on my stang.. v-8 (sort of) and a stick w/duals.. It will carry me over until I can snag a Hemi Challenger in a couple of years ..
I refuse to buy new.. I will let some other schlepp take that 30-35 % depreciation.
Got my stang for 18's I just don't want a bigger payment than high 3's atm.. Too much other stuff goin on.

Thanks for the replies guys.. Re-affirms my reaction sorta.. I will keep looking.

Hmmm, I seen a few GTO's 04-05, going for $14,000-18,000 (Normal Miles)... I just hate how they look.

Yeah, If I was to get one. It would HAVE to have the duals, 6.0, the twin scoop hood and rear spoiler.. Too damn blah otherwise.

Agree, still hate how the GTO looks though... The car does not deserve the badge, IDK... I wish the GTO would been made into a classic remake, like Dodge and Ford. Then make a Trans Am, a more modern car... I would been find with the "GTO" being the firebird, IDK... Maybe...

    Absolutely..
If they had given that platform a different shell (to me it looks like a fat cavalier) I bet it would have taken off.
The several I sat in/test drove had awesome interiors (compared to the Camaro).
Loved the inside and the ergonomics of it.. Typical GM tho.. pooch the exterior. I still cringe when I see a Malibu Maxx.. No wonder to me they (GM) went belly up. If they had done a more "classic" approach I bet they would still be selling..
