we used to have a building like that in my neighborhood! It was a full shell of a building about 20 stories high that was supposed to be office but was never competed. It was vacant for atleast 15 years. Place turned into a bum hotel and was eventually turned into a senior assisted living place.

there is a tower near akron ohio that some Tel-Evangelist started building, then stopped...it's gotta be like 300 or more feet tall, abotu 50 feet around. It's retarded to think he did that for his religion
