I know what the truckers are going through diesel is pushing the 5.00 border right now here in chicago . Worse thing is that there will be about another 12 to 15 cents in taxes per gallon when dickhead daley, stroke stroeger and blowhead blago get their cook county sales tax increase to 10.25% and now they are pushing for the full 12% sales tax they originally wanted.

about 5 dollars a gallon around here. Airlines can buy it cheaper... It takes about 7500 gallons to fly a 747 from NY to CA

No but like other threads that bitch taxes heres my point. We dont do squat to illegals and give how many billions away to other nations, yet our bridges and roads are falling apart. Instead of raising our taxes to take care of stuff we should stop giving our freaking money away.

I live in IL, IL is a democrat party state. Just about every democratic politcal member in the IL/chicagoland has been caught stealing from the state/tax payers monies.

there is way to much to start listing all of the details, so here is a few!

-highway tolls was suppose to be temporary to raise money for new roads (back in the 50s and 60s) they are still here.

-too allviate tolls, our plate regestration went up from $48 to $78. registration is still $78 and tolls are still here.

-a female democrat mayor was kicked out of office for using $400,000 a year of tax payer money for landscaping outside of her office.

-IL one of the only states, that has mandatory insurance laws, and you can be ticketed $500 for not carring your car insurance

-IL mandatory seat belt law, yet IL does not have mandatory helmet laws

-multiple mayors/governors have been arrested for embezzling money

-IL is a union work force state

-consumer product tax ranges from 8% to 9.75%

Illinois politicians, do what they can to make everything a money generator.

IL is considered one of the most expensive states for cost of living ratio, and the democrats keep themselves appealing to the minorities while screwing everyone.

Yes a business deserves to make profit, however when your screwing the masses, this should piss everyone off!!!

Reason why gases prices are so high:

-exxon and other gas companies greed

-government gives tax breaks and tax monies to gas companies (our tax goes up)

-out of date out of technology refineries

-marketing gimmicks as scare tactics. Oil companies realize if they can sensationalize and scare the masses into believing there is an oil crisis. It then becomes a legitimate excuse to raise the cost. People have to buy gas to get by in life, so people naturally adjust and go with it. yeah the masses bitch alittle but do nothing about it. That is the weakness of the masses and the oil companies/government exploit that!

-sensitizing the masses: raise gas 30 cents, people bitch, lower gas 10 cents. People quit bitching, however gas is still 20 cents higher then the original cost. Repeat this process over, over and over.

-the demanding plan, for back up oil stock-aid supplies.

its that simple!
