Wildcat Offense, what would Madden say...

If you watched the Colt vs Dolphins last night you got to see the wildcat offense. I think this is the new wave. Colts have one of the Fastest defenses and the Wildcat plays really disrupted them. Overall the game was great, TOP for the Colts was less than 1 full quarter, I heard that was the first time since like 1978 that a Team has won with that low of possession. Great Game, but the ESPN announcers Suck, they dissed the Colts most of the game but at the end when the tables were turned all of the sudden the Colts became their favorites. I miss Madden, and his impartial ability to call a game.

it was a great game the thing that was the hardest was that bull horn sound every few mins. it was so hard to listen to.

I agree...LOL that bull horn was a pain. About 20 minutes into the game I hit mute and turned on the stereo

If 90% is half mental, then that leaves the other half to be physical. Would that mean a total of 45% is mental, 45% is physical, and 10% is..well...is...hell, I dunno...

Madden knew too damn much to be a good announcer. I always felt like he was trying to dumb it down to the average fan....making him sound kinda....dumb.

Never cared for him in the booth.

I loved Madden, it was the stupid things he would say that made him great. John Madden IS NFL football to me.

I'm not familiar with the wildcat offense. can someone that understand how it works explain it?

It's were they direct snap it to the RB, and sometimes the QB will be a blocker, and sometimes they aren't even on the field, just another blocker. Sometimes the RB will even pass it. So basically it's just another blocker.
