    ever seen a can before they put the lid on it? just an open cylinder really. Frog could easily get into there in transit or storage and die. Pepsi is full of shit and will never admit they did anything wrong but I bet this gets settled out of court. The only thing a lawyer would have to do is prove that this is possible and it is.
