Unhappy Why does my Maro roll coal?

Went out for a race today since I thought my Maro was done burning oil........

Think again She burns hella when I let off of WOT, burns when I fire it up, burns when I hit WOT for a second or two. She is done! I am done! Going to put it up on stands, start and finish school, sell it for money and buy a C6Z

It burns the most when I let off of WOT! After fire up if I clear it out, it won't burn. (Hope that sheds light also)

    Yeah.
Tells me it sucks it up during WOT...but only enough to burn right after you let off.
    Or.....PCV

Hose sounds like a pain in the ass, we will give it a try tomorrow or in the next coming days. What I bolded, I figured

Checked the oil in between posts (300 miles on oil/ PP) and its still clean as hell and plumb full. It burns alot tho, I can tell you that

I agree with Luos....sounds like you're sucking it in through the PCV. As a test pull the TB off and clean the back of the blade and everything real good and take it out and do a few WOT pulls and pull it again and see if there's oil on the back of the blade.

Still have a throttlebody gasket from the gasket kit when I did H/C so that is a good idea! I never broke the seal from the intake to TB! You guys rock

I've had my TB off a dozen times and never replaced that gasket.

I've re-used a couple seals before but don't like to make a habbit of it. You brought up a really good suggestion tho and I really really appreciate all the answers! Like most ppl here, my car is my baby (besides real ppl with real kids )

    I'll try that suggestion also!

If there was an internal engine problem (not valve seals, pcv), it would smoke at all times, not just under high vacuum

GOOD NEWS!!! GOOD NEWS!!! Checked the back of the TB blade with my fingers and pulled some oil off of it (Never thought I'd be happy about that ) Does anyone have a PCV system diagram to go off of so we can track the culprit down

The culprit is the system itself.

    Junk.

WHAT DO I DO Pulled the hose off and no cracks or anything I would suspect. Its a hard line (plastic) hose with 3 actual hoses

I hate pcvs, but without em you might push a seal (sbc atleast) or have oil vapor stank. I put an inline fuel filter on my line a it got over a teaspoon worth in one drive.. Baffled valve covers
