Why do people feel the need?

Whenever I'm at a stop light and in the right lane, that merges ahead, the asshole in the car next to me always feels the need to try to cockblock me. Does this happen to anyone else? When you're just sitting there minding your own business, not revving, not being loud, just driving. And why do do*chebags in trucks feel the need to either blow by us at 70mph in a 45 in their big lifted loud diesel smoke spewing redneck mobiles? And then cut people off down the line. And speaking of cutting off, why do people also feel the need to blow by us and then immediately cut us off? Do they thnk they're badass because they just cut off a sports car? Is it some inferiority complex?

when up the road from the stoplight, the lane merges to the left. I meant people feel the need to gun it to cockblock you. and yes ive seen my avatar

ok you're in the right lane at a light, and once you pass the intersection, the right lane merges to the left, ending. Asshat next to you guns it when the light turns green, and prevents you from merging to the left, then having to wait at the end of the lane till there is an opening. = cockblock

That ws6 is should be able to take 95% of the cars you'll ever see on the road.put the pedal to the metal and merge in front in front of the asshats....problem solved no more "cockblocking" as you say.

the trick there is you have to make sure you're in the right ( their lane merges and not yours) and then be more willing to wreck than they are.

Kinda like a game of "chicken" except both cars going the same way!I'd be god dammed if I'm going to let a piece of shit hondah or any other ricer merge in front of me....of course most of the bitches that drive em' won't even try and run an f-body,at least the ones I see.

it's not really an issue anyway since as soon as they get half a length, they're in the prime position for you to pitt maneuver them.

Here's the deal. He's got the right of way. He's in the lane you want to be in. It upsets me more when some driver jumps into the lane you were in and passes the line of 5 cars he's going to want to be in because he doesn't want to wait in line and then expects somebody to let him in.

yea no i hate that too. It just pisses me off that people like to try to be an asshole and gun it, leaving u with the option of either tearin up asphalt, or stopping till theres a gap in traffic.

Pretty sure it's an ego issue. Happens to me all the time. I especially like the ones that do it AND give a finger, smirk, etc. I always enjoy that.

My uncle had a good story to tell about stupidity of people while driving. Best part is that it is a 3 part happy ending. He was coming home during the big snowstorm in Va over Afton mountain. He was in the right lane following everyone else and it was slow going but safe and steady. well the chick in front of him decided she was in a hurry and shot out into the left lane ,lost traction,lost control done a couple 360s then some how shot back in front of my uncle and ditched her suv. My uncle kept going lol.

The 3 part happy ending is
1) she was driving a ford explorer and it got ditched
2) she wasn't hurt
and most of all 3) my uncle or anyone else for that matter didn't get hit because of her stupidity.

It seems the worse the weather the more people go into "asshole driver mode" except me I am the best damn driver ever in the world

WTF do you have people get in a right lane, when that lane ends in a merge. It is marked that the lane merges to the left. Un like most KIND people who move over to the left lane and wait their turn in line. No you have this ASSHAT that gets in the right lane even thought they know it ends. Then the dumbass trys to blow by me and cut me off in the left lane. Oh hell no... Better have the power to pull the move ... If not do what all the other kind people do.. Get in the left lane and wait their turn...
