Here I sit, taking a well deserved break at 3:00 a.m. entering my 20th hour at work.

I wonder what the world record for the most time spent at one time preparing tax returns?

Anyone else at work and feel the need to complain about it, this is your thread.

Im hating work right now. I was sent to Puerto Rico for 30 days to try and clean up their mess and im stuck working 7 days 12 hrs a day which comes to 84 hrs a week. Yeah the paychecks will be really nice but all that time away from my family (whos in Florida) is not worth the extra 7k ill make this month. =/

I'm at work, too. Just another 12 hour day, like every other Monday - Saturday. I have been pulling 6 12's away from home since March. I am WAY overdue for some time off back at home.

I work for a pipeline construction company. I try to make it somewhat comical telling people I travel the country laying pipe.

I'm pretty much at work from 7am to 7pm and do artioscad work so while I'm waiting for samples to be cut, I have free time to spend on here....

Alright, its been 23 hours. I'm going home to take a shower then I'll be back at work.

Maybe if I didn't spend so much time posting here I could get my work done in the normal busines day, lol.

work today is 0700-2300. 16 hours joy of joys.

I have 71 vacation days and 215 sick days accrued, right now. I can only carry 60 vacation days over to next year. That means I have to take about 15-18 days off between now and December 31st. Problem is, the work schedule doesn't have many opportunities to take time off.

Now THAT sucks.

I remember doing hours like that when i was TDY. Id sleep in the car for about 2 hours and have someone come wake me up. I dont miss those 20 hours days at all although the paychecks and perdiem was sweet.

I have been to work for the last 3 1/2 mouths. I hurt my back at work so workmans comp is paying me good. The bad part is that I found out about a week ago that I will not be returning to my job, so here soon it will be time to go back to school.

lol , not as long as I have on my saftyglasses , steeltoes , and hard hat .. that seems to be all they care about ....Oh and I toot my horn.....lol.
