    Who's got the cookin skills?

I like to cook and I was looking for some good marrinades for steak and chicken?

Just looking to experiment a little bit...

    On your ass flashing
    my highbeams

Whole chicken stuff the hell out of it with white onions and garlic, some lemon with the rinds and coarse salt on top-put it on the rotisserie

Good steak needs a little seasonal salt and left rare.

    Simple and tasty:

Generously dry rub a roast with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning. Cook it in a crockpot for 8-10 hours with a can of beef broth and water. Use the leavings to make gravy and serve with mashed potatos and string beans. Scrumptious!

Here's what I use. If you use steak sauce on a steak after you use this marinade, you're crazy. Works great for chicken too.

    1 cup soy sauce
    1 cup worchestershire
    1/2 tablespoon onion juice
    1/2 tablespoon garlic juice
    3/4 cup vegtable oil
salt (not much because of the soy)
    pepper to your liking

add 4 steaks in a steep sided bowl and let marinade at least 4 hours, preferrably overnight.

get some haggis from a international super market, wrap it in raw chicken breast meat then wrap it in a single strip of bacon. stick a tooth pick thru it to hold the bacon and cook in the oven at 350 degrees till ready. when its finished its about a 1.5 to 2 inches wide, 2 inches tall. cylinder shape, makes a badass plate snack.
