whos a geek?
see i totally am a geek... i know it... ive learned to embrace it... so all the girls in high school turned me down constantly... think i give a rats ass? nope because strangely when i go back to that lil one horse town they flirt with me now... could it be that i make more money than they ever will? prolly...
all im saying is who know they are a nerd?
who here has ever dome someones alegebra homework for fun? (yeah me)... have had a computer game character with more than a month of play time on him? (damn dark age of camelot 56 day, 8 hours, and 27 minutes... thats time spent playing.. not how long he was made)... has passed differential equations? (3rd times a charm baby!!!)... thinks about things so much it actually hinders your socail skills? (its not socially acceptable to tell someone that based on their weight and past drinking expereince they are too drunk to drive... trust me... they always think you are calling them fat)... who gets popular mechanics and computer mags instead of playboy or sport illastrated? (WOW!!! a new dual processor mobo... rock out!!!)... who watches the superbowl to see how well the computer graphics are in the commercial instead of watching the game... (yah i pissed during the game so i didnt miss any... btw who played?)... and who just doesnt uderstand about 95% of humor? (i honestly dont get most jokes.... maybe i think too much... but its just not funny most of the time... a man in an 800 pound hamster? thats just gross...)
-Me
p.s. remember what jesus said... "the geek shall inherit the earth"
left out the best one... who has seen the commercial where the ford truck lifts the big rig using pullies and said... "i could lift the mo fo using pullies...Last edited by predator; 02-20-2006 at 10:30 AM.

I wouldnt say im a hardcore geek, well kinda, but i consider myself an odd breed, simply because i dont follow the stereo type, I can do anything having to do with computers/electronics wiring etc, I can tear apart motors and put them back together... and im sure id die with out women... I guess now i think of it id consider myself more of a "jack of all trades" because i can do just about anything if i really wanted to

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
i guess i'm a geek b/c i take anylitical approaches to things. Which is weird b/c by nature i'm a right-brained artist. I think it's amuzing and somewhat satisfying to know that everyday I tell my boss [the man who signs my checks] how to copy and fucking paste. Seriously though-we're in a digital age and the older generations aren't able to keep up [ok, for sarge's sake, most of the older generation can't keep up]
yeah, i'm kind of a geek. small things amuze me. Beer isn't a big deal and you could explain cars to me all you want but i'll be damned if i could apply that knowledge [my sincerest appologies to anyone i've "helped" on the general sectiong ]

I'm rich...get any lady I ever wanted when I wanted....do what I want...when I want....been a geek since 74....now what you guys are calling a geek and what a real geek is are two different things....a nerd is what your describing...a geek is somebody who has figured shit out....often time in the IT industry....but not exclusively the IT industry.....big difference fella's....

Dude, most of that hits WAY too close to home. I never liked diff equations but got it under my belt regardless. I have seriously done other people's algebra h/w for fun. I was exempt from college alg due to test scores and that dissapointed me so I took it anyways. . .I got a 32 or 33? on the ACT without a calculator. POPULAR MECHANICS ROCKS. EVERYTHING gets thought out and it does hinder social skills and it pisses me off cause I can't think of a way to change that. . .lol Seriously, you learn to think about 6 different things at once and you never finish a though before another one starts. I wish people that weren't like us could understand the orgy that goes on in our minds every second of every day. I can't concentrate on porn long enough to jingle the jollies without some random intellectual quandry overcoming the current mindset. Yeah, it's funny how in HS I was nothing, but I got the Z and people took the time to get to know me. . .? Now you get get a second alone cause people realize how funny smart people are. . .lol
