i dont think that giving alotta horsepower to a 16 year old person is very responsible. ive seen more than one kid slam into a tree at 90 mph showing off. when u see the effects of giving a KID something so powerful, its truely devistating. i know teenagers have the chance to wreck any kinda car, not just a fast fbody but i think given that power, its to much of a temptation. i know this may spark a huge debate, i know im fighting with my 13 y/o nephew right now about it. my entire family drives one fbody or another, and he wants to follow in the tradition, which is great but im not giving him a 300hp car after his cousin flew through the back window of a car with alot less power. the image of that poor kid lying on the side of the road, dead alone is heartbreaking. my nephew will have to prove to me that he is responsible enough for such a high performance car. he will have to prove that hes not going to try to do 90 miles around a corner and go head on with another car the way his cousin did.

yea this was venting, sorry for the long post.

damn man you must not have been listening when i was talkin about it earlier...i said i have a 1993 v6 camaro. its fuckin slow so im not gonna bother building it up. im selling it for $3500 and then i have some extra money that Im gonna use to put towards a v8 of some sort. i was lookin at a 1994 TA the other day.

and as for it being a v6, lol my bad i didnt notice that...i would retract my vote if i could, lol just so you dont get your panties all in a bunch about it

i got my s10 when i was 16, Z71 when i was 17, first trans am when i was 19... 2nd TA when i was 21 or 22 i forget... the HD at 23 =)

I got my daily driver when I was 18, and had two cars right out of high school.

In response to ls1blackbeauty98's post: Nobody "gave" me my car, I paid for 90% of it myself and I wouldn't be calling everyone a KID cause you aren't much older than me and sounds like you got your car at the same age.
