Who here has owned the worst before LS1 car..

I was digging through some old pictures and I came across pics of some of my old cars and I just wanted to freaking slap myself. I had an 89 Accord Lx and a 93 Mitsubishi eclipse both of which I tried to "pimp" out. :sigh: oh well, ill sign off that chapter as young and dumb lol. The whole time I worked on the Accord it was missing second gear and it was a manual so I didnt worry about it. Got it to about how I thought it looked cool and the trans shit itself completely. The Eclipse went through 3 engine rebuilds before the mechanic figured out, hey there is something wrong here and figured it had a bad crankshaft. Before he was able to get me a new engine we had a falling out and he went out of business and the car never got repaired. Here are the pics, and yes I realise how bad im fixing to get flamed.

I had a 92 Escort GT for a while ... but always had a muscle car too..... The GT was pretty fast out on the open road but could use a desk calander from 30 to 60 ....lol

haha. yea its not bad

253,000 miles and still runnin strong. changing spark plugs was about a 6 hour project tho. have to completely tilt the motor to get to the back ones. from 0 to 25 it has good power, but then from there up to 60, u can feel ur hair growing faster than the car is accelerating.

i just wonder how expensive it would be. if its too much i might as well buy a camaro, but if i can do it real cheap i think it would be funny as hell to have a sleeper like that

only problem is it will always be fwd
