    Who is good with I-tunes??

I got two problems. One is that some of my songs are not in MP3 format. Some are M4A file and will not play in Windows Media Player. Does any one know how to convert them into MP3?

Also does anyone know how to convert a movie from a dvd onto my i phone? I know you have to convert it and all but I forgot the device used to convert it? I had it a while back, but forgot what it was.

Free software is available to convert them.

Google "free [format] to [format] converter"

What is rediculous is Itunes has the option to burn an MP3 CD, but it won't let you do so using the songs that are ON itunes.

While we are on the subject, does any one know a good free software to convert a DVD onto the phone. I have the DVD burned to a CD and it has been encripted, formated, decripted etc...

Find out what format the phone needs, then do what was mentioned earlier.

    Probably needs .mp4

you don't need an audio converter to change the format of your music. Go to edit-preferences-general-import settings-select mp3 encoder in the top box-high quality in the second box.
Then click on all the songs you want to convert, then right click and choose "create mp3 version" then after it's done converting all your songs go through and delete all the non-mp3 versions of the songs. It takes some time but it isn't too bad.
