Where Would You Go?

We want to take a family vacation this summer. I'd like to go some where in Europe. Right now, I'm thinking Germany, Greece, or Ireland but we need a kid friendly place to stay and activites. Any ideas?

i said Rome cause it's a beautiful place with a lot of history, large outdoor areas for the kids, great food and wine...

Right now, I'm just looking for a resort (a la Club Med style) that has a child care program so I can have an evening alone with the Pacman.

Since i'm german, i would have to advertise for germany. Definitely a lot of nice places. Spain sounds like the place for your needs though, mediterranian coast around Barcelona: Beaches, fun stuff and one of the greatest cities ever!

germany is GREAT, i would highly reccommend it and depending on where you are in germany there are many other countries at your disposal within hours
