When you achieve 14 total points you win the PermaBan award. It is set up this way so folks can make a few mistakes....have a drunk posting session at midnight every so often (until they grow up) and not lose all posting privileges.

Then you have the numbnutts....who just continue posting bullshit, thumbing their nose at the forum, pushing and pushing the mods.....these are called Trolls. They usually have no life and are immature. They reach 14 points pretty quick and are deposited into the big cesspool of troll leavings for all eternity.

From what I gather, the IP adress of the offender is blocked so they are unable to access the site as well. Could be wrong though. And if someone is truly intent on rejoining the site, I don't believe we would ever know what their previous username was, without them risking getting kicked out again. And made fun of too.
